As our Franchise network grows we are pleased to be able to offer you an army of brilliantly trained, ‘passionate about what they do’ class leaders.
Our class leaders have undergone extensive training which is both theoretical and practically based.
Each Active Creative class leader undergoes a rigorous training schedule completing Teaching Practices in real classes with real children to ensure that all aspects of programme delivery is the very best it can be.
Planning, preparation, class management, lesson delivery and all aspects of health and safety are taught, practiced and tested by members of our training team and then supervised by our senior class leaders. Ongoing observation and evaluation of our staff, ensures that the quality of all our programmes remain very high.
We always ensure a first class lesson delivery to the children in your setting.
